Ami Curtis brings a wealth of expertise in the field of learning and organizational development. Having earned a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology with an emphasis in research and statistics from Saint Louis University, her strengths are in data-driven analyses to surface solutions that unlock human potential within companies. Curtis’ background and career spans multiple industries and geographies – from the tech hubs of the U.S. to vibrant European landscapes. She has led impactful projects focused on cultural change, business transformation, engagement, diversity and inclusion, leadership development, succession planning, performance management, and talent development.

Ami currently serves as a leadership coach to the Just in Time for Foster Youth leadership team.
