Racheal previously served as a Development Administrator at Casa Cornelia Law Center, where she honed her expertise in operational planning. Her strategic focus on data management, system efficiency, and creative problem-solving enhanced the department's performance.

Passionate about the nonprofit sector, Racheal has actively contributed to local organizations, including Community Food Connections, English Conversation Partners at CSU San Bernardino, and San Diego Food Bank.

She is currently pursuing a Master’s in Business Administration at CSU San Marcos but holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication with a minor in Psychology from CSU San Bernardino.

In her spare time, Racheal is an avid reader and fanatic for cultural foods.
